RCA was founded in 2013 by Robert Calnon. Since inception, the firm has quickly become known for inspired design, commitment to quality, and an emphasis on client service.

Our firm is committed to meeting our clients needs through good communication, creative problem-solving, and delivering integrated solutions. We assist clients in the early phases of project conception, through regulatory approval, to project completion.

We believe first and foremost that architecture must be rooted in its surroundings, relating to the natural and built environment. Using sustainable resources and partnering with like-minded consultants, we seek to create buildings that are responsible and true, creative and modern.

Rob has over 25 years of architectural experience encompassing all phases of planning, architecture and design on a wide range of project types including multi-family, mixed use, retail, commercial, and institutional. His strengths lie in his ability to foster a positive team atmosphere with owners/developers, the construction team, and other design professionals with the goal of making every project a success.
